heart skipped a beat

When I went to school today for 4th lesson, there was a big surprise waiting for me. Some of the boys dressed up rather chavy, just for the fun of it. It wasn't until they were basically standing in front of me, that I even recognised them. They were a good laugh, but it seemed to me that some of them felt a little uncomfortable at first. It looked absolutely ridiculous, but one of them said that this was the first and last time he dressed up like a chav. I'm relieved.
On the other hand, C took her exam in business studies today, and you could tell she was so happy that it's finally over. During our free, A, B & I went out for lunch and when we got back to school, we tried to soak in all the warmth we could get from the sun today. I love those days when the sky's blue and the air fresh. Hmmmm. Especially when your best friend's made you a chocolate spread-banana-bread spontaneously in the morning :)
We actually planned to attend Heimlich Laut tonight, but unfortunately there were some difficulties. However, a friend I haven't heard from for quite a while suggested to meet up on the first Sunday in half term to spend the day together. Now there's really something to look forward to!

I am taking my mum shopping tomorrow in hope that I'll find some nice stuff she could pay for. ;)
